Overview
MOLYKOTE® D-321 R Anti-Friction Coating Spray is an air-curing dry-film lubricant containing molybdenum disulfide and graphite. It is designed for metal-to-metal combinations operating at slow to medium speeds under high loads, including intermittent or oscillating motion.
Typical uses include chains, running-in and assembly work, plain bearings, bushings, sleeves, threaded connections and hard-to-reach surfaces. The coating helps reduce stick-slip and supports lubrication across a wide service-temperature range, including high-vacuum applications.
Clean and degrease the surface before application. Shake the aerosol thoroughly and apply in a sweeping motion to form a uniform coating. Confirm suitability, surface preparation and safety requirements against the current DuPont technical and safety data sheets before use.
